The screensaver displays the planet Mars in 3D in the best possible way. It uses MOLA Mission Experiment Gridded Data Records. You can run the screensaver in two flyby modes: manual control and automatic that can be selected on the screensaver settings dialog box. To get help on the manual flyby control mode, please, press F1 while running the screensaver in that mode.
You can terraform the planet Mars realistically in an automatic or manual mode. You can set the relief exaggeration factor up to 10. You can freely move and rotate around the planet. The program uses dynamically scalable 3D maps.
This program is meant for any person who wants to relax looking at the animated Mars 3D model. If you do not have the Hubble Space Telescope or Mars Orbiter but want to take a closer look at the martian surface this program is for you.
